  • Advisory Role Only
    Lending Lords Finance LLC acts as a mortgage advisor and facilitator. We are not a lender and do not directly approve or disburse home loans.

  • Loan Approval
    All mortgage approvals are subject to the lending bank’s eligibility criteria, credit policies, and final discretion. We cannot guarantee approval or specific loan amounts.

  • Client Obligations
    Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documents and information. Any delay or rejection due to false or incomplete data is the client’s responsibility.

  • Processing Fees
    Some banks or financial institutions may charge processing or valuation fees. These are payable by the client directly to the respective institution and are non-refundable.

  • Consultation Fees
    If applicable, Lending Lords will inform the client in writing before charging any advisory, service, or processing fee.

  • Pre-Approvals
    Mortgage pre-approvals are valid for a limited time (typically 60-90 days) and are subject to change based on income, liabilities, or policy changes by the lender.

  • Interest Rates & Offers
    Interest rates, offers, and loan terms vary by bank and are influenced by the client’s credit profile. We will present the best available options based on eligibility, but final rates are determined by the lender.

  • Confidentiality
    All personal and financial data shared with Lending Lords is kept strictly confidential and used solely for mortgage processing and advisory purposes.

  • Third-Party Communication
    We may communicate and share necessary details with banks, developers, and valuation agencies strictly for the purpose of processing your loan.

  • Limitation of Liability
    Lending Lords Finance LLC shall not be liable for financial losses, missed property bookings, or loan rejections arising from bank decisions, delays, or policy changes.

  • Policy Changes
    These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients are advised to check the latest version on our website or request a copy via email.
